Small Business Marketing Strategy

Are you getting enough patients to live the life you desire?

One of the things I do with my private consulting clients is you, and I together come up with a winning strategy for getting you highly qualified patients even if no one has heard of you.

So let me generate a mental picture for you, so you can easily understand the strategy.

On a blank piece of paper, I want you to draw a circle on the left side of the page. In this circle I want you to write, “Not enough patients to pay off debt.”

On the far right of the page, draw another circle and write the following inside, “No Debt.”

Now draw an arrow from the left circle to the right circle. The circles and arrow represent what you will escape from and arrive at when you follow the Oracle Marketing strategy.

The next step is to break up the arrow into thirds. Draw three vertical lines evenly spaced.

Write above the first vertical line “Prestige Positioning.”

Prestige Positioning is the first step of the strategy. In this step, you will position yourself as an expert so that you can attract highly qualified patients to your medical practice.

Positioning is critical because it is the foundation of your entire marketing strategy. When positioning is implemented right, it makes the other two steps easier.

Remember this about positioning. Everyone wants to do business with the guru at the top of the mountain. People will wait in line, to do business with you.

The second step of our marketing strategy is an automated sales funnel. So in the second vertical line, write “Automated Sales Funnel.”

Once your ideal customer starts to see you as the expert in your niche, they will begin to flock to you, which at first will be great, but you will eventually get tired of answering the same old questions and weeding through these prospects.

It’s a proven fact that 80% of sales occur on the fifth to twelfth follow-up contact. So, as you can see this would take a lot of your time and leave little time for you to fulfill your service, which is why successful medical offices are automating this process.

You’re going to want to only talk to prospects that are ready. So you are going to need an automated funnel system, so you will speak to qualified candidates that meet your ideal customer criteria.

The automates sales funnel system is set-up to consistently follow-up with the prospect and guide them down the path to believe they are an absolute fool to do business with anyone else but you.

The last step of the marketing strategy is to advertise.

Above the last verticle line write “Advertise.”

The fastest way to get a consistent stream of traffic to your positioning content is to advertise. Advertisement by far is still the best source of traffic when implemented correctly on the right platforms.

In our digital world, digital advertising is the best way to get results quickly. It allows you to quickly test and adjust your ads until you find the sweet spot.
